New for Fall 2008 - AKALOO

This faith formation curriculum is new this year for our children. Anyone is welcome to log on to www.akaloo.org to see this faith formation comprehensive program which is age apppropriate, biblically based, and theologically sound. The name Akaloo is inspired by the Greek word ακολουΘειν : akolouthein ("to follow"). Jesus said to his disciples, "Follow me. Drop your nets. A new life awaits you." Akaloo is based on this simple, radical call to discipleship. Akaloo is following Jesus as body of Christ. Throughout the year, the children will focus on Discovering the Bible, Experiencing God, Becoming a Disciple, Celebrating Church, Embracing the World.
