Christian education for middle school and senior high youth provides a strong foundation in biblical scholarship and faith formation, and prepares them to take on more responsibility as church members and christians in the world at large.
There are new and exciting youth classes this year. There are consistent leaders in the class with the youth week to week, as well as specialists or people of passion who will spend one - six weeks with a class on a particular topic. Each theme will last six - seven weeks and then a new topic will begin. In addition to engaging with the presenters, each class will spend time hearing and sharing prayer concerns and the week's highs and lows with their Sunday school community.
Confirmation Class
Eighth and ninth graders beginning the journey toward confirmation in the Presbyterian Church are required to complete this class. The class utilizes the Professing Our Faith curriculum and is supplemented with confirmation projects and retreats throughout the year.
